For Global Hiring / Recruiting, we charge a one-time placement fee equal to 1–2 months of the contractor’s salary. After placement, you manage payroll and compliance directly.

How do you charge for managed service?

For Managed Service, we issue a flat monthly service fee (starting at $500 per contractor). This covers payroll, compliance, and optional IT/device support. You receive one simple invoice per month—no hidden fees.

What roles can you fill?

We recruit across a wide range of functions: accounting, marketing, operations, customer support, and tech. If the role can be done remotely, we can source it.

How do you vet candidates?

Every candidate passes skills testing, English proficiency checks, and cultural-fit interviews before being shortlisted. You only see pre-vetted talent.

How long does it take to hire?

On average, clients receive a shortlist within 7–10 business days, and most roles are filled and onboarded within 3–4 weeks.

What if the contractor doesn’t work out?

We offer free replacements within the first 90 days for global hiring, and at any time under managed service if performance or fit is not right.

Do I need a local entity to hire in Latin America?

No. With Managed Service, NX Door BPO acts as the legal employer. We handle payroll, taxes, contracts, and compliance on your behalf.

Who pays the contractor?

In Global Hiring, you pay them directly.
In Managed Service, you pay NX Door BPO, and we ensure your contractor is paid fairly and on time.

What about IT and data security?

We support BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) under strict security protocols, or we can help provision company-owned devices. Contractors also sign NDAs and follow client security policies.
