NxDoor Talent acts as an international recruiting partner. We source, vet, and present pre-qualified talent. Once hired, the client manages payroll and compliance directly.
NxDoor Talent recruits the talent and also manages ongoing payroll, compliance, and optional IT/device setup, reducing administrative and legal burden for the client.

Recruiting and shortlisting (skills testing, English checks, cultural fit).
Clients interview and select preferred candidates.
Client manages the hire after placement.
Employer of record: payroll, taxes, and contracts handled by NxDoor Talent.
Single monthly invoice: salary + service fee.
